1. Drawer units for tools
The tool-holder drawers are the most spacious and organized tool storage systems: they are available in different lengths (1 module, 1 module and a half, 2 modules) and heights (90 or 110 cm = from 35 to 43 inches). The peculiarity is the possibility to choose the number of drawers and the capacity of each one.
All our drawer units are made of welded sheet metal, covered with epoxy powder; they have ergonomic handles, HD drawer slides for soft closing and total extraction, adjustable feet, pre-cutting on the back to pass pipes and electrical cables.
2. Tool trolleys
The tool trolleys are similar to the drawer units, but wheeled: if necessary, they are removed from their position in the composition and brought closer to the workstation. The technicians have all the tools at their fingertips.
The trolleys are practical and comfortable tool storage systems: the wheels are pivoting and equipped with brakes, the edges of the upper shelf are raised so as to prevent the fall of objects placed there, the handles of the ergonomic drawers and equipped with a slot for labels, as well as key locks for greater safety at work.
3. Perforated panels
A classic tool storage system in the workshop is the perforated panel hanging on the wall, above the workbench. In DEA, we offer our version of wall furnishing: single, double or triple, closed by practical shutters (with manual or motorized closure) or simple flaps.
The key holes of the panel can be square or round, according to the customer's choice.
The closure is total and the predisposition for the passage of the cables is integrated.
