How we design a storage solution for industry
Our work method involves 3 steps before we design a storage solution for industry:
- Initial interview, to understand the customer's needs and evaluate project feasibility.
- Inspection, to evaluate space, dimensions, capacities, any architectural obstacles.
- Consultancy, during which we draft a preliminary solution based on the information received and the data observed.
Then we start with the actual design and develop a photo-realistic 3D drawing to be submitted to the customer.

Frame
All storage solution modules are made of fully welded sheet metal, coated in epoxy powder, resistant to wear, corrosion and impact. The work tops and support surfaces are specifically coated (ABS, DTC) to tolerate even the most aggressive agents: acids, oils, concentrated detergents or other mixtures.
The feet are always adjustable, to obtain a perfectly level module. Drawers and doors have locks (classic, badge or code) to maximize security.
Each unit also has specific features according to its function.
Functions and specifications
Drawer units have fully extractable drawers, with an anti-tipping system (only one drawer opens at a time); the drawer guides are reinforced and have capacities from 30 kg up to 200 kg each.
The workbenches come with ABS or DTC coating to protect the sheet metal from bumps, scratches and abrasions; in addition, they come with pre-cuts to facilitate the passage of electrical cables or air pipes.
Cabinets have recessed doors, which minimize clutter and do not interfere with movements.
Wall cabinet doors come with perforated walls to hang tools, or a powered shutter closing system: practical and safe.
