DEA’s workbenches range

Our workbenches are workstations equipped for logistics, assembly, screwing and general work. They are available in one, two or three modules in heights 92 and 110.

Each industrial workbench has adjustable feet to adjust the levelling of the module as you like and it can be equipped with optional shelves or additional drawers.

The lower shelf of each adjustable workbench is equipped with ABS cover that resists acids, scratches and dampens the noises of tools when they are placed on the workshop bench. A good help to work in complete freedom and at higher rates, making your working days more productive.

All the functional characteristics of our workshop workbenches do not make their aesthetic appearance any less distinctive:

• our workshop benches are completely covered in epoxy powder, a process that gives them high chemical and mechanical resistance
• the epoxy powder guarantees a long-lasting structure without showing signs of corrosion, keeping its shiny appearance intact.

Which workbenches should you choose?

Which of these models are the best choice for you? It depends on what you usually do in you work day and if you have a small, medium or large workshop.

That’s why DEA designed these workshop work benches in modularity way: you can choose how to compose your space, using only one module (single, double, triple) or matching multiple elements (for example, a double and a triple bench to create a large working area).

You can also choose workshop benches with drawers mounted on DEAmotion rails, ideal to accommodate the PC workstation.

How our workbenches are manufactured

Workshop or body shop furniture has precise requirements to ensure that it performs its functions in the best possible way: quality of materials, impact resistance and durability.

This is why our workbenches have all these characteristics:

• A structure made of steel. The stainless steel is in fact a material with an excellent mechanical strength;
• The lower shelf has an ABS cover that resists acid and scratches, and softens the noises of the tools when they are placed on the bench;
• An epoxy powder coating, a fundamental step to ensure excellent resistance to chemical agents, as well as an aesthetically pleasing finish;
• In the upper and rear area, pre-cuts to be opened easily during installation to pass electrical cables or air pipes inside the cabinet’s shoulders.

 

Finishing

The design of our workshop workbenches is essential and decisive, the colour is customizable and its finishes available in a glossy or opaque version. Ergonomic handles and stainless steel profiles complete the picture.
