DEA team goes back home after the weekend at Le Mans Classic, the event dedicated to vintage cars. Our big thanks go to the organizers, the participants and all the visitors!

On 18th May, 2018 in Reggio Emilia, the Official Opening Ceremony of DEA srl and RO&CO Spa took place. The day was attended by many partners, suppliers, clients of our Companies and some important politicians of Reggio Emilia were also present.

On 9 May we opened the new DEA headquarters to the public: our dealer, Informauto, has organised an event to showcase to its clients, live, our solutions for workshop equipment and for advanced systems by WORKY.

When we define the purchasing process, we must immediately ask who will be the person in charge of assisting the customer if a problem arises: that is, the person who manages the after sales service.

Thanks to the collaboration with Volkswagen Group Italy, DEA recently signed a new, modern project for a very well known dealership in the North of Italy.

According to a recent Forbes Insight report, "the automotive industry has recognized the sign of the times… it needs to build relationships with their customers beyond the average four-year upgrade cycle to the latest model. Customer experience and customer relationship management becomes a crucial factor in succeeding".

This time we are glad to show a new, exclusive Jaguar Land Rover installation. This dealership has been working in partnership with Jaguar Land Rover Italy for over 15 years being one of the most important dealerships in its group.
