Workshop worktops
DEA workshop worktops are designed to protect benches and working units from scratches, chemical corrosion, bumps and dents, while providing an elegant finish to your furniture. You can choose workshop worktops as a completion for a DEA composition or alone, to position on the bench you already own. Of course, our worktops are designed to match at best DEA furniture.
WORKSHOP WORKTOPS: FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES
DEA workshop worktops are positioned along the entire length of workbenches and working modules. They perform multiple functions:
- A robust work surface upon which a vice can be installed at any point thanks to the special processing of the sheet metal itself, which is 2 mm thick, has 4 folds, and is equipped with reinforcement bars 2 underneath;
- A lower channel for feeding ducts (air, wiring, oil…), thus allowing the DEA furnishings to be perfectly integrated with the workshop's local systems;
- Equipped with a protective upper cover that is resistant to scratches, tools, mineral oils, acids, etc. The worktops are coated with a special layer of epoxy powder.
WORKBENCH TOPS: AVAILABLE MODULES AND CUSTOMISATION POSSIBILITIES
The standard workshop worktops are designed to fully cover DEA one-, two- and three-module units. However, on request you can order tailor-made, customised workbench tops to fit in your furniture, adding a pleasant touch that enhances the quality of the entire workshop. Plus, you can choose the colour of the coating, creating stunning visual effects.
DEA composition and customized projects are already furnished with tailor-made workbench tops.
