DEA presents the “TOBLERON” workbench profile – let's take a look at it together.
“TOBLERON” is the workbench profile designed and created by DEA to improve the allocation of electrical outlets and wiring in vehicle repair shops and motorsport workshops, meeting the needs of technicians to be able to connect tools or incorporate controls directly on the workbench, thereby speeding up their day-to-day tasks.
The first step was to make the cables safe, as these do not usually have a precise allocation, and to improve the organisation of the workspace, making it tidier and more functional: DEA designs custom layouts, analysing every detail to ensure nothing is left to chance.
The name “TOBLERON” came about almost as a joke between our technicians, because the shape of this workbench profile is reminiscent of the chocolate known all over the world.
When our customers also started calling the profile “TOBLERON”, it was definitively christened with this name!
Advantages of the workbench profile
The “TOBLERON” workbench profile allows operatives to work in complete safety, because all the wires are contained inside the underlying module, significantly improving the aesthetics of the workspace.
This profile is completely modular: DEA's technicians can equip “TOBLERON” with any type of socket outlet in accordance with requirements (European, NEMA, BS etc.) and install the controls for vehicle lifts, as well as other sockets and ports required to connect the operatives’ tools.
Sockets and controls are much more easily accessible, improving the efficiency of the technicians’ daily work.
From an aesthetic point of view, the vehicle repair shop or motorsport workshop has a much neater and tidier appearance.
