A well-made mechanic workstation helps to increase the efficiency and productivity of any kind of workshop. A complete, resistant and functional worktop can significantly improve mechanics’ and technicians’ productivity and speed-up daily operations. The essential components of a mechanic workstation
A wide and resistant worktop
A self-respecting workstation must first of all have a fully welded structure. To meet all the needs of a garage repair shop, it must also have a top specifically built to withstand bumps, scratches, acids, oils, chemicals, and so on.

The perfect cover for a mechanic workstation: the AR-009 worktop consists of a sheet folded four times, with welded corners and 2 omega reinforcement bars along the entire length of the module.
There is a DTC cover in the upper part from the top, which makes it resistant to scratches, mineral oils, gasoline, and acids, as well as being easy to clean.
All components are epoxy powder-coated.
Lots of well-organised drawers
There are a multitude of parts and tools in a mechanical workshop. Organising them methodically is essential to find everything at the first try.
The ideal solution is a workstation complete with tool trolleys with drawers and dividers, perfect for storing tools, small tools and parts.

The AR-131.10 6-drawer trolley is an excellent choice for keeping tools in perfect order. The trolley is mounted on guides resistant up to 45kg and is equipped with a fixed closing back assembled in the furniture.
The tool trolley is equipped with a lock with key to close all the drawers, an ergonomic handle made of extruded aluminium with a label holder, and 4 reinforced castor wheels, two of which are fitted with brakes.
To keep smaller parts in order, we recommend completing the trolley with special dividers and non-slip rubber mats.
A compartment to store disassembled and spare parts

A mobile trolley
Mechanic workstations generally come complete with tool drawers, but they can be even more efficient with mobile trolleys that can be pulled near the vehicle to be serviced.
To make a trolley even more efficient for a mechanic workshop, an additional shelf with electrical sockets is definitely ideal.
